Senior Supply Chain Solutions Architect; Pre-Sales

Salary - 180-190k base with up to 15k in quarterly bonuses

Location - Hybrid in Seattle or Atlanta with 25% Travel

Insight Global is looking for a hands-on technology architect who understands supply chain and loves turning complex operational problems into working solutions.

You’ll partner with enterprise clients to solve challenges across planning, manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, warehousing, transportation and logistics using cloud, data, APIs, automation and AI.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role. You’ll work directly with business and technology leaders to understand ambiguous problems, shape the solution architecture, and rapidly build prototypes, integrations, workflows or data pipelines that demonstrate what’s possible before an engagement moves into delivery.

We’re particularly interested in builders. You may come from software engineering, solution architecture, technical product engineering, cloud architecture or technical consulting. Formal presales experience is valuable, but we’re equally interested in technologists who have built solutions inside complex supply-chain environments and are excited about bringing that expertise directly to customers.

What you’ll do

• Turn real supply-chain problems into practical technology solutions.
• Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept using cloud, data, APIs and AI.
• Architect integrations across ERP, WMS, TMS, MES and other operational systems.
• Lead technical discovery and solution-design conversations with enterprise customers.
• Evaluate existing environments and recommend modern architectures and approaches.
• Partner with account and delivery teams to move successful concepts toward implementation.

What we’re looking for

• Hands‑on engineering or architecture experience within a supply-chain environment.
• Experience with areas such as inventory, fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, planning or procurement.
• Strong technical depth across AWS, Azure or GCP plus APIs, integrations, microservices, data platforms or application development.
• Experience personally building prototypes, applications, integrations, workflows or other technical solutions.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI applied to business problems.
• Familiarity with at least one major supply-chain or ERP environment such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9, Dynamics 365 or similar.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to both business and technology stakeholders.
