Hybrid:
Monday - Thursday out of our offices, with WFH on Fridays (we are hybrid friendly but not remote-first and believe in in-person collaborations for all roles that involving building
-product, UX and engineering roles)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Product Engineer to drive the development of our MVPs for Hushh PDA and Hushh Magazine. This role will combine cutting-edge digital advertising tech with next-gen content experiences influenced by Vogue, Tik Tok, Instagram, Spotify, and top-tier news publishers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and launch of MVPs for Hushh PDA and Hushh Magazine

• Work closely with product, design, and data teams to build feature sets

• Implement advertising and content marketing algorithms

• Develop multi-modal content experiences, including games and interactive features

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering

• 4+ years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of digital advertising and content marketing platforms

• Experience in mobile app development

• Strong grasp of multi-modal content, including video, text, and interactive games

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, especially from platforms like Vogue, Tik Tok, Instagram, Spotify, Kindle, WSJ, and NYT
