Responsibilities :Operates independently to provide quality Oracle Cloud reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence Cloud Connector support work products for post go-live operations. Performs varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment to ensure BICC extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, report security, and data validation processes meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise in cloud data extraction, report development, analytics delivery, requirements management, stakeholder facilitation, data reconciliation, defect triage, and production support.
May act as a reporting and analytics lead across support work streams and enhancement efforts.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM in a post-go-live or production support environment.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud reporting security, catalog/folder management, object migration, report performance tuning, and environment refresh impacts.
- Background in telecommunications, wireless, technology, supply chain, finance, or other data-intensive enterprise environments.
- Experience with reporting data governance, data classification, lineage, or enterprise data quality frameworks.
- Agile or SAFe delivery experience with comfort operating in sprint-based delivery and production support models.
- Exposure to downstream analytics platforms such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, ADW, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent tools.

- Oracle Cloud report security, catalog management, scheduling, and migration
- SQL, data models, parameters, templates, bursting, and output validation
- Data reconciliation, reporting defect triage, and production support
- Stakeholder facilitation, requirements documentation, UAT support, and executive communication
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud reporting, analytics, data extraction, or business intelligence solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector, including extract configuration, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Hands-on experience building or supporting custom BI Publisher reports, including SQL data models, templates, parameters, bursting, scheduling, and delivery.
- Hands-on experience creating OTBI analyses and dashboards using Oracle Cloud subject areas, prompts, filters, calculated fields, charts, and dashboard pages.
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to validate reporting logic, join conditions, report outputs, source data, and business reconciliation scenarios.
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud functional teams, technical teams, data engineering teams, and business stakeholders to resolve reporting issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain report logic, data lineage, defects, and resolution options to non-technical audiences.
