  • The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, hands-on familiarity with email service provider (ESP) platforms, and experience collaborating with engineering teams on data feeds, reporting integrations, and platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the remaining phases of the Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) migration, including lifecycle journeys and communication preference enhancements, while ensuring delivery against committed milestones.
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for Adobe, including Adobe Consulting Services and Adobe Ultimate Success, managing scope discussions, escalations, and delivery alignment.
  • Partner with CSP Platform Engineering to improve communication preferences and capabilities, including trigger logic, collision control, and audience/data integrations across email, push notifications, and text messaging.
  • Collaborate with CRM Strategy, CRM Enablement, Loyalty, Credit, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Drive strategy discussions on communication channels and send frequency, balancing customer trust, deliverability, and revenue impact.
  • Partner with engineering teams on technical scoping, platform architecture, data integrations, and workflow development.
  • Track and report migration milestones, dependencies, and risks to the CSP Core Team and leadership.
  • Maintain momentum and stakeholder alignment across an active, multi-phase platform migration.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience with marketing technology, CRM, communications, or email service provider (ESP) platforms.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or comparable platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Bluecore.
  • Experience with customer and product data feeds, reporting integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Big Query, Looker, and GA4 across CDP, loyalty, and lifecycle platforms.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, prioritized technical specifications for trigger logic, data integrations, and workflow builds.
  • Experience partnering directly with engineering teams on technical scoping and platform architecture.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, scope negotiations, escalations, and delivery alignment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategies involving channel selection, send frequency, collision control, and personalization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), audience segmentation, and activation.
  • Experience with SMS/text messaging platforms.
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree is a plus.
Interview Process
  • The first-round interview will be conducted by the current full-time employee (FTE) whom the selected candidate will cover during the assignment.
