For our client, we are seeking a Business Systems Analyst, New Product Introduction to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will support the operational backbone of new product and pricing launches, helping ensure that commercial decisions are translated accurately into downstream systems and customer-facing processes. You will partner closely with Product, Pricing, Billing, and Revenue teams to coordinate launch readiness, system changes, and first-cycle execution. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys bringing structure to complex launch processes.
Location:
Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $270,000 – $315,000 annually
Responsibilities- Lead the systems side of new product and pricing launches from initial discussion through the first billing cycle
- Translate pricing decisions into system changes such as SKUs and billing rules
- Develop and maintain a repeatable launch playbook for new product introduction
- Engage early with Product and Pricing teams to support launch planning and readiness
- Design end-to-end pricing models and ensure clarity on source systems
- Assess impacts on existing customers during launches
- Manage retirement of legacy products and SKUs while ensuring continuity
- 5-7 years in GTM or revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Experience launching products or pricing models in fast-paced companies
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
- Understanding of pricing flow into bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional processes with strict timelines
- Salesforce admin skills including Flow and validation rules
- Strong communicator across diverse teams and technical backgrounds
