The Access Management Integration Lead connects our credential data to the access control systems we don't manage, such as landlord and base-building systems for lobbies, turnstiles and elevators at offices worldwide. You'll design how badge and visitor data moves from our systems into theirs. You'll guide property management teams on card formats, reader settings and integration options, and support the middleware that automates those data flows.
You'll also make sure each integration respects regional identity and privacy requirements.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in physical security technology and access management. They understand credential technology end to end, from how a card is encoded to how different access control systems read it. They're comfortable advising building teams that sit outside our organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesCredential and third-party system integration
- Lead integrations between our access control platform and third-party systems we don't manage, including landlord, tenant and base-building systems (turnstiles, elevators, perimeter doors).
- Assess each new site's building system, choose the right integration path (API, middleware or managed file transfer), and document the result.
- Consult with property management teams on adding our badge data to their systems. Provide the required fields, formats and testing steps.
- Run acceptance testing before each office opens, using test credentials and on-site walkthroughs to confirm that every path of travel works.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on card formats (for example 26-bit, 32-bit CSN, 35/37-bit corporate formats), facility codes and credential encoding.
- Manage reader configuration and compatibility across vendors, including multi-technology readers, configuration cards, encryption keys and secure reader protocols (OSDP).
- Evaluate credential technologies (such as iCLASS/Seos, MIFARE DESFire and mobile credentials) for compatibility with building systems in each region.
- Coordinate format registration and card orders with card manufacturers, and keep format records current.
- Support middleware integrations that automate cardholder data flows from our identity sources (HR system, identity provider, access control platform) to third-party systems.
- Define data mappings, sync schedules and error handling. Monitor sync health, and resolve failures before they affect employees.
- Partner with IT, Engineering and integration vendors on new connectors, and reduce manual imports wherever possible.
- Lead integrations between our visitor management system and building visitor systems, so guests can be pre-registered and receive building access smoothly.
- Set standards for visitor data sharing, temporary credentials and host notifications across sites.
- Apply regional privacy requirements to every integration. These include GDPR and UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Japan's APPI, Korea's PIPA, Singapore's PDPA and India's DPDP Act.
- Share only the minimum data each building needs. Define how long third parties may keep it, and confirm it's deleted when access ends.
- Work with Privacy, Legal and Info Sec on data-sharing agreements, security reviews of third-party systems and cross-border data transfers.
- Make sure access is revoked on time in third-party systems when employees or contractors leave, and support access reviews and audit evidence for physical access controls.
- Serve as the escalation point for integration-related access issues, such as badges that fail at building turnstiles or elevators. Lead root-cause analysis…
