Remitly is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Customer, to partner with product, program managers, engineers, and fellow analysts to analyze customer support experiences and drive scalable improvements. You will define success metrics, generate insights, and communicate recommendations to leadership across Remitly's global footprint.
