As a Project Manager in Marketing Project Management (SPM), lead large-scale DBT transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong techno-functional leader with expertise in project management, enterprise delivery across global teams along with functional knowledge of project management tools.

• Own day-to-day project planning, coordination, and delivery management.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, RAID, action items, and status reporting.
• Coordinate client and EY teams across business, product, design, engineering, and other work streams.
• Drive governance meetings, agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Proactively identify and elevate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Support resource planning, financial tracking, scope management, and overall project health.
• Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide consistent on-site presence in Seattle and work closely with the client and delivery teams.

• Strong experience managing large, complex technology/digital transformation programs

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interconnected work streams and cross-functional teams.
• Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with project plans, RAID management, governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Ability to drive accountability, decisions, and follow-through across client and delivery teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience working with Agile/product and engineering teams preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery
• Strong experience managing large, complex technology/digital transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interconnected work streams and cross-functional teams.
• Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with project plans, RAID management, governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Ability to drive accountability, decisions, and follow-through across client and delivery teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience working with Agile/product and engineering teams preferred.
• Seattle-based and able to work regularly on-site with the client.
