Workfront program manager

The Workfront Program Manager will lead the business strategy, operating model and roadmap for Adobe Workfront, translating offline processes into scalable digital workflows, driving adoption and ensuring reliable reporting and data quality. This role sits within Integrated Marketing Operations (PMO) and partners closely with Starbucks Marketing and Brand teams, Workfront System Admins, Marketing Technology, IT and cross-functional business stakeholders to improve how work is planned, executed and measured in Workfront.

• Drive adoption of Workfront across brand teams by simplifying the user experience, clarifying expected ways of working, supporting onboarding and expanding the platform to meet evolving business needs.
• Design scalable processes and workflow architecture for teams across the brand and marketing organizations, translating offline processes into clear, sustainable Workfront workflows.
• Partner with Integrated Marketing Operations and functional leads to embed Workfront into day‑to‑day ways of working.

• Create reporting that gives teams and leaders consistent visibility into work status, milestones, capacity and operational performance.
• Establish and reinforce data quality and governance standards across workflows.
• Partner with system administrators to maintain clean, scalable configurations.
• Translate stakeholder needs into standardized, reusable reporting solutions.

• Own and maintain the Adobe Workfront roadmap aligned to business priorities and evolving operational needs.
• Lead recurring roadmap reviews with the core Workfront team; keeping key stakeholders and technology partners informed of priorities, decisions, dependencies and progress.
• Drive taxonomy updates to keep pace with org and process changes.
• Own the Workfront communication strategy, including clear, timely updates on roadmap priorities, platform changes, releases and expected ways of working.

• 8+ years of program management, product management of Adobe Workfront instance supporting marketing, marketing operations or agency environments.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront functionality, including workflow configuration, reporting, data governance and platform administration concepts.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities and deadlines and deliver incremental value across concurrent initiatives and support needs in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding, training, adoption and change-management efforts for users with varied levels of technical proficiency.
• Customer-focused problem-solving skills and sound judgment in balancing urgent support needs with strategic platform improvements.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex workflows for stakeholders of all levels.
• Experience developing and managing a platform roadmap, facilitating prioritization decisions and reporting progress to business and technology stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to assess complex business processes, design scalable workflow architecture and lead continuous process improvement.
