Account Solution Engineer - Enterprise Nonprofit Team

** Required Experience
*** B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
* 7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry
* Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment
* Previous sales experience preferred
* Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred
* Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio
* Earn the  technical win  through compelling demos and presentations
* Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
* Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge
* Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform
* Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value
* Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts
* Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams
* Participate in ongoing training and certifications
* Travel domestically up to 20%
** Vital Skills
*** Affinity for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations
* Ability to lead discussions with organizational leaders and individual contributors alike
* Comfort articulating technical value through discovery and demos
* Strong team-based problem solving, leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
* Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic sales environment
* Technical expertise in CRM, AI, Analytics, BI, Digital Marketing, or Community Engagement
** Desired Skills
*** Background in nonprofit management/operations and/or Salesforce technology
* Ability to create and deliver customer-facing software demos
* Salesforce Administrator (201) and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications
