Responsible for creating comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims and for acting as a peer mentor once processes and technical expertise are mastered.

• Apply mastered content to interpret all policy types and assist leadership with formal and ad‑hoc training.
• Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document all activities in the most complex files.
• Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Exhibit mastery of estimating fundamentals to create estimates for 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities.

Base compensation offered for this role is based on experience and qualifications:

• Consultant I: $26.49–$37.50 hourly
• Consultant II: $26.92–$39.66 hourly
• Sr. Consultant I: $35.82–$45.58 hourly

Total compensation includes the above base plus incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable.
