Paralegal – Contract
Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S., a mid‑sized defense litigation law firm located in downtown Seattle, is hiring an experienced Insurance Coverage Paralegal (5+ years) to assist our team of legal professionals.
Insurance Coverage Paralegal – Contract Position
We need an organized self‑starter who can multi‑task and is familiar with various areas of law, including insurance defense and insurance coverage defense.
Responsibilities- Case management
- Draft pleadings and discovery
- Investigate and interview witnesses and experts
- Document reviews and research
- Collect and analyze records for trial preparation
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
- Paralegal degree or certificate
- Familiarity with billable timekeeping
- Working knowledge of state and federal civil rules
- Job type:
Full‑time contract - Pay: $45 per hour
- Schedule:
7.5‑hour shift, Monday to Friday - Work location:
In person (Seattle, WA)
