Innovative Driven is seeking a Litigation Assistant to join and support the litigation practice at a law firm client in downtown Seattle.
Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- 5+ years of litigation support (Civil Litigation and Personal Injury)
- Filing and e-filing pleadings and other legal documents with the state and federal courts
- Maintaining physical and electronic files
- Preparing correspondence, drafting pleadings, typing and proofing of legal documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Net Docs, Adobe, Docusign
- Maintaining calendars, including scheduling court dates, appointments, and meetings
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, potential clients, other counsel, court officials, and other external parties
This is a full-time position with the option to become hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 remote) after 90 days!
