Join a legal team that is committed to fighting for employees’ rights and providing expert legal support with compassion. We are seeking a dedicated Employment Law Associate to advocate for clients in cases related to sexual harassment and discrimination, providing them with guidance to navigate legal challenges with confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in FEHA-related employment matters, with a focus on sexual harassment and discrimination cases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  • Provide clear guidance and ongoing communication to clients throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases, track deadlines, and coordinate with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Collaborate with a team to develop strategy and advocate effectively in negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in California.
  • At least 7 years of specialized experience in employment law, focusing on sexual harassment and discrimination.
  • Deep knowledge of California employment legislation and FEHA standards.
  • Outstanding skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
  • Client-centered approach with empathy and care.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary range: $ - $

  • Work schedule:

    Monday to Friday, with potential to relocate to Seattle, Washington.
