Overview
This award‑winning national firm is busy and adding to their staff! They’re looking for a dynamic Litigation Legal Assistant to support a team of shareholders in their Seattle office. In this role, you’ll leverage your Washington state e‑filing expertise on a best‑in‑class staff and collaborate with other paralegals and legal assistants to support assigned attorneys. You may also be called upon to fill in for teammates or take on special projects as needed.
Responsibilities- e‑filing in Washington state and federal courts
- drafting, proofreading, and managing correspondence and legal documents
- assembling notebooks and binders, managing the docketing calendar, and conducting research
- providing administrative support and filling in for teammates or handling special projects as needed
- maintaining a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days each week after an in‑office training period
- 5–7+ years of litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Washington state and federal court rules and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Salary: $85K–$95K DOE
