Plaintiff Employment Attorney – Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

• Attend depositions; draft meet‑and‑confere letters to opposing counsel regarding discovery issues, dispositive motions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with outside parties such as attorneys, employers, law enforcement agents, administrative agencies, etc. as needed.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on case developments.
• Manage all aspects of cases, ensuring all deadlines are met, staying organized and multi‑tasking to achieve priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• 3+ years practicing Plaintiff Employment Law with Class Action Wage & Hour experience.
