You must be able but not limited to:

• Initially work under supervision
• Do client questionnaires for forms.
• Collect Client evidence as needed.
• Review forms with clients
• Review declarations with clients
• Call clients to collect more evidence.
• Review of packet prepared by admins/assistants so that they can make final changes
• Legal research
• Draft legal documents including but not limited to briefs, pleas, appeals and motions.
• E-file and print documents as needed
• Other job duties as assigned

• Bilingual – Speak, read and write in Punjabi - This is required.
• An excellent verbal and written communicator
• Organized and detail oriented
• Strongly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knows how to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary
• A person who acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Can motivate and work with a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software
• Flexible to work both remotely and in-office

Pay rate is DOE; 2+ years experience as an immigration paralegal highly desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
