• Lead high-impact plaintiff-side wage-and-hour and employment class actions against regional, national, and Fortune 500 employers
• Be a key senior attorney as our client expands its Washington practice and builds out the Seattle office
• Own substantial responsibility on complex litigation: discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances

On-site in Seattle, WA. You’ll be based in a centrally located office that’s easily commutable from Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Renton, and surrounding communities.

You must be licensed to practice law in California or Washington, or licensed elsewhere and pending admission to the California or Washington Bar. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions, and can work on-site full-time in Seattle with occasional travel.

Now expanding into Washington, they are building a strong Seattle team to champion employees’ rights statewide while maintaining a culture that blends high standards with deep compassion for clients.

• Serve as a senior associate handling a docket of wage-and-hour, employment, and consumer class and representative actions in Washington and California state and federal courts
• Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions, oppositions, and complex briefs in state and federal courts
• Take and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts, and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony
• Conduct sophisticated legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law and provide clear, strategic analyses to the team and clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage class cases, representative actions, and high-volume litigation efficiently
• Comm Micate regularly with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel, and represent clients in hearings, conferences, and settlement negotiations
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, contributing to the training and development of the Seattle office

• Licensed to practice law in California or Washington, or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the California or Washington Bar
• 3–5+ years of civil litigation experience, with substantial experience in discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and taking/defending depositions
• Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, or wage-and-hour/ employment cases is strongly preferred
• Strong written advocacy skills with a track record of drafting high-quality motions, briefs, and discovery
• Confident in court, at depositions, and in negotiations, with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage a busy litigation docket, strict deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment
• Professional, steady, and reliable work history, with mature judgment and client-facing skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and case-related needs

• You’ll play a central role in building and shaping the firm’s Seattle presence and Washington wage-and-hour practice
• You’ll work with a collaborative team of experienced plaintiff-side litigators who value mentorship, high-quality work, and long-term growth
