Litigation Paralegal

Location: Seattle, WA

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 DOE

A respected civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Seattle team. This is a full‑time role for a detail‑oriented professional with a strong understanding of the litigation process and experience meeting billable hour requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and collaborative.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex litigation matters from start to finish
  • Conduct fact and witness investigations and background checks
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests
  • Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and depositions
  • Prepare timelines and case chronologies
  • Assist with preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and staff
  • Adapt quickly to internal systems and legal technology
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
  • Proven ability to meet billable hour targets
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Must maintain strict client confidentiality
  • Must be based in the Seattle area
