What We’re Looking For- JD required (active WA bar admission required)
- 3+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Substantial experience handling complex employment litigation
- Strong expertise in wage and hour law
- Proven experience across all phases of litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Competitive compensation up to $220,000 base and a generous, comprehensive benefits and bonus package
