REQUIREMENTS

• Prior patent prosecution experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department, including semiconductor devices, chip architecture, and integrated circuits.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to practice and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• USPTO registration required.
