This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney located in WA, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities remotely. Day‑to‑day tasks include providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, managing cases, representing clients in court hearings, and participating in settlement negotiations for family law cases. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with the firm’s legal team to deliver exceptional legal services while adhering to high ethical standards.
Qualifications- Proven knowledge and expertise in Law, with a special emphasis on family law and complex litigation
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law as it pertains to family law cases
- Strong skills in providing legal advice and performing in-depth research to support client cases
- Experience with negotiation, including settling disputes and mediating family legal matters
- Active membership in the Washington State Bar is required
- Strong communication, analytical, and client‑management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- Previous experience in family law or related legal fields is an advantage
