We are seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join our nationally recognized law practice based in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of knowledge in commercial, industrial, and residential real estate transactions and will be adept at drafting and negotiating complex documents for acquisition, disposition, and financing of properties.

• Draft and negotiate complex documents for the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence processes, including title, survey reviews, and closings.
• Represent buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide range of real estate transactions.
• Negotiate and close acquisition, construction, and permanent financing.
• Work with local, state, and federal officials to ensure compliance with development and land‑use regulations.

• Minimum of 5+ years of substantive real estate law experience.
• Strong background in commercial, industrial, and residential real estate transactions.
• Outstanding academic credentials and a proven track record of professional success.
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
