Associate Attorney

This position is located in Seattle, Washington. Competitive salary range $100,000 – $145,000 per year.

• Court Appearances – Prepare, appear timely, and handle court appearances within reasonable travel distance, including overnight stays if necessary.
• Court Coverage Placement – Review and appropriately request coverage for all court calls when you cannot attend, including attaching necessary documents and orders.
• Mid‑Litigation Motions and Responses – Draft, review, and file motions throughout litigation.
• Trials and Arbitrations – Prepare for trials/arbitrations, which may require overnight stays in distant counties.
• Communications – Communicate with consumers, their employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts/suits.

• Licensed to practice law in Washington. Additional licensing in other states (IA, MO, KS, IL, NY, NE, , CA, AK, HI, NV) is welcomed.
• Comfortable appearing in court and consistently appearing on time using your own transportation.
• Travel may be required. The firm reimburses mileage at IRS published rates and other approved travel expenses in the subsequent pay period following reimbursement submission.
• Strong multi‑tasking, verbal, and written communication skills – essential for high‑volume case load.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
