Our Seattle-based law firm offers comprehensive legal services across business, land use, real estate, litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. We pride ourselves on a culture rooted in respect, authenticity, and genuine care—both for our team and the clients we serve. We embrace an “and-thinking” philosophy, encouraging our attorneys to look beyond traditional either/or approaches and pursue innovative, passion-driven solutions. This mindset elevates our work, inspires stronger connections with our clients and community, and drives us to continually challenge ourselves to redefine what a law firm can be.
Community involvement is central to who we are. We encourage all team members to engage with organizations that matter to them, and many of our attorneys provide pro bono support to local nonprofits. Here, you’ll find the personalized service of a boutique firm paired with the deep expertise typically found in larger practices. Our collaborative structure ensures attorneys stay engaged in firm-wide and client matters while developing meaningful interdisciplinary skills.
We’ve created an environment where every attorney has a vested interest in the work we do and the success of the firm.
