A well-established law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands‑on litigation experience while working in a collaborative and professional environment.

• Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with partners and litigation team members on case strategy

• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Active and good-standing membership with the Washington State Bar
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize a busy caseload
• Professional demeanor and strong client communication skills
