Job Overview

Services LLC is looking for a lawyer to support Project Kuiper, an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites providing broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide. The role will focus on commercial contracts for customers and channel partner engagements in North America and South America.

• Structure, draft, and negotiate comprehensive commercial contracts for customer and channel partner engagements.
• Develop strategic legal approaches balancing risk management with business flexibility.
• Provide nuanced legal counsel on complex customer and partner interactions.
• Create scalable legal processes that support rapid business growth.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth implementation of legal strategies.

• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.

• Experience from both corporate law firm and in-house work.
