Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including licensing agreements, NDAs, SaaS, and vendor contracts

Support both U.S. and global business teams across sales, operations, and product

Advise on legal risk, contract compliance, and strategic deal terms

Collaborate across departments to help accelerate growth while protecting the business

Help shape internal legal processes and scale best practices

Requirements

Atleast 4 years 8+ years or more of legal experience, ideally with tech, SaaS, or IP-heavy companies

JD and licensed to practice law in the U.S.

Strong knowledge of licensing, commercial agreements, and global contract law

Confident communicator, business-minded, and detail-driven

Experience with cross-border contracts is a plus
