Are you an attorney looking for a fresh start or eager to launch your career in Personal Injury law? Our expanding Personal Injury department is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or someone with little to no PI experience who is ready to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives. Experience in Personal Injury preferred, not required. We will provide the training, mentorship, and structure you need to thrive.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from sign‑up through resolution.
• Communicate regularly and clearly with clients to guide them through each stage of their case.
• Gather and evaluate evidence, medical records, and documentation relevant to claims.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and development.
• Prepare cases for litigation where necessary and support litigation team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, timelines, and progress updates for each case.
• Uphold the firm’s commitment to client care, empathy, and professionalism.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar in good standing
• Fluent in Spanish (MUST)
• No prior Personal Injury experience required — we will train the right candidate!
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while staying organized and client‑focused
