This is your opportunity to join a powerhouse regional law firm with an expanding real estate practice! They’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join the team in their Seattle or Vancouver office.

Success in this role will require in-depth working knowledge of commercial real estate transactions in a diverse array of industries. You’ll handle a variety of matters including leasing, purchase and sale agreements, due diligence and title review, real estate financing, and contracts relating to real estate developments.

While this is a collaborative team, you’ll be expected to manage cases independently. The firm values strong business development skills with extra points for a portable book of business!

You’ll work on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week.
