• Managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution, including conducting client meetings, gathering evidence, and preparing legal documentation.
• Representing clients in court, presenting persuasive arguments, and negotiating settlements with opposing counsel.
• Conducting depositions of parties and witnesses, and performing legal research to support case preparation.
• Collaborating with our team of legal professionals to develop effective була case strategies, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Advising clients on their legal rights and options, and maintaining regular communication to keep them informed about case progress.
• Staying updated on changes in personal injury law and participating in professional development activities.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in the area of personal injury law.
• Pro einer literal good, good record of successful verdicts and settlements. Trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and procedures, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
• Exceptional skills in legal document preparation, case management, and conducting depositions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical õig and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
