• Handle 40–50 cases simultaneously – predominantly wage‑and‑hour class actions, PAGA matters, and employee‑side litigation.
• Run complete cases: drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and arguing in state and federal court.
• Leverage modern technology: bespoke CRM, streamlined processes, and AI‑powered tools to reduce busywork.
• Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal team and senior litigators for mentoring.

• Platoon employment attorney with experience in class actions (or strong interest in learning).
• First‑year associates: academic GPA around 3.4; senior attorneys evaluated by performance and experience.
