WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, finance, governance, and securities compliance

• Draft, review

Ross, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements

• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws and regulations

• Collaborate with external counsel as needed

• Supervise junior attorneys, legal assistants, and potentially paralegals

• Train and support members of the legal team and other staff

• Communicate effectively through in‑person interaction, virtual meetings, email, and phone

• Participate in Corporate Group meetings and firm events

• Engage in business development initiatives

• Perform additional duties as assigned

WHAT YOU

NEED TO HAVE :

• Undergraduate degree and JD from accredited institutions

• Active WSBA membership

• Minimum 15 years of Knit} corporate law experience

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills

• Deep expertise in corporate law, including M&A, finance, governance, and securities

• Strong ability to advise on complex issues

• Effective delegation and training abilities

• Sound business judgment with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfort working under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to remain in a stationary position платы for extended periods (sit/stand desk available)
