TRM is looking for a Commercial Paralegal to enhance legal operations using AI tools. This role focuses on managing contract workflows and vendor agreements in a remote-first environment.
TRM Labs provides AI-driven solutions for crime investigation, supporting both public and private sectors. As a Commercial Paralegal, you will manage end-to-end workflows for contracts and vendor agreements, ensuring compliance and efficiency through the integration of AI tools. Your work will directly impact the organization’s ability to streamline legal operations.
You will independently handle various legal documents, including NDAs and vendor contracts, while collaborating closely with attorneys and other stakeholders. Success in this role means effectively utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows, maintain organized records, and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes within a fast-paced, remote environment.
