The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips seeks a junior associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated management-side labor and employment practice representing employers throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting motions, and drafting agency position statements. Although we would prefer candidates with some experience in employment law, we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena. Qualifications:- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school;
- Admission to the Washington State Bar;
- Two years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment law;
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills; and
- Strong organizational, communication, and case-management skills.

Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $180,000-$200,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, seniority, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
