Thepracticespansabroadrangeofinsurancecoverageissues—includingbadfaith,professional liability,pollution,construction defect,personalandadvertisinginjury,cyberliability,andexcessliability—aswellasconsumerfinancialserviceslitigationinvolvingsingle-plaintiffmattersandappealsinstateandfederalcourts.

Thisisanidealopportunityforanattorneyseekingmeaningfulresponsibilityandhands-onlitigationexperiencewithinadynamicandgrowingcross-practice team.

• Admissiontothe Washington State Baringoodstanding
• 5+yearsofexperienceincivillitigationinstateandfederalcourts
• Experienceineither(orboth):
  
  Insurancecoveragelitigationor Consumerfinancialserviceslitigation,representingfinancialinstitutions
• Strong research,writing,andanalyticalskills

Thispositionofferssignificantresponsibility,includingmanagingadiverseandchallengingcaseloadanddirectinvolvementinlitigationstrategy.

Theestimatedsalaryrangeforthispositionis$140,000to $190,000
,dependingonfactorssuchasexperience,skills,internal equity,andmarketdata.
