The firm
An established Seattle law firm with a strong habit of referring work between partners.
The roleYou will join as Of Counsel for around a year before moving into partnership. Compensation follows a clear formula tied to your originations and collections, and cross referrals from other groups often help new partners grow their books quickly. The firm is looking for attorneys from small or mid size firms or solo practice rather than large national firms. You will need to share three years of origination figures.
Whatyou will need
- 8 or more years of practice
- A portable book of $500K or more (the firm may flex to around $300K for the right person)
- Admitted to the Washington bar
- A small firm, mid size firm or solo background
- Three years of origination data you can share
- $225K to $275K
- A transparent formula linked to originations and collections
- Strong cross referral culture
- A defined route to partnership
