A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of litigation experience and strong academic credentials.
Duties- Manage cases from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct discovery and prepare for trial.
- Engage in oral advocacy in various court settings.
- 4-6 years of litigation experience in a law firm or through a clerkship.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Active bar license in Washington or eligibility to waive in.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in Washington State.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
