• Deliver time-critical print projects to customers in a friendly environment.
• Prioritize deliveries based on customer needs, distance, and location.
• Relay customer requests or complaints upon return.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and oversee upkeep.
• Maintain office supplies and packaging inventory.
• QC printed and finished materials to meet quality standards.
• Package projects for Will-Call, delivery, or shipping.
• Organize and decorate work area to enhance productivity.
• Work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
• Assist other departments and customer service when required.

• Effective communication with customers and co-workers.
• Working knowledge of Windows, internet browsers, and Smartsheets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle prints/media carefully.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of experience as a delivery driver or courier.

Pay range: $20.76 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
