Senior Business Development Manager, Supply Chain

• 6+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology, or Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
• Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or Master's degree or above in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
• Experience working with engineering and product teams to define a product and bring it to market
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
