Salary: $35 – $36 per hour.
Schedule: Full‑time;
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.

- Company‑wide parties and events
- Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
- Conducts monthly safety meetings, schedules and performs preventative maintenance, and manages OSHA/SDS safety and reporting requirements.
- Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.
- Manages vendors such as landscapers, pest control, and other physical asset vendors to ensure quality service.
- Maintains adequate inventory of supplies.
- Manages tasks within budget or seeks approval for necessary work that is over budget.
- Emergency on‑call is required as part of the position.
- Performs all reasonable duties as outlined by supervisor.
- Strives to exceed residents’ expectations for excellent customer service.
- Contributes to a positive team culture and happy resident base.
- At least 3 years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field required
- Maintenance experience in multi‑family property management strongly preferred
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Certified Pool Operator desired
- Must have basic computer skills with the ability to input data and notes in English into tracking systems
- High organizational skills
- Experience with warranty work
- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to complete punch walks and follow‑up with construction
- Great presentation and interaction with clients and residents required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Experience with leading and supervising a team preferred
- Prior experience working with a budget strongly preferred
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies, as needed
- Can operate vehicle on premise and has valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- Supplies their own tools
