Ankrom Moisan, voted one of Oregon’s Top Workplaces of 2015, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in our Seattle office. We are looking for the following skill set:

Our Seattle office is seeking a highly creative and energetic Project Manager, passionate about design, to lead teams through projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years’ experience with a diverse background, with a focus on healthcare, and experience in multi-family, healthcare, and mid/high-rise projects. An aptitude for dynamic design, a commitment to sustainable architecture, and a desire to cultivate client relationships are vital for success.

The candidate should have a thorough understanding of code requirements in the Portland area and a proven ability to manage multiple project types and sizes simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and project teams in a fast-paced environment that rewards self-starters
• Provide design guidance for all phases of a project, including tenant renovation
• Develop and manage work plans and staff
• Estimate fees and write project proposals
• Lead daily interactions with clients, architectural teams, and design teams
• Manage the execution of design and contract documents, including detailing and specifications
• Provide Quality Control for contract documents

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect in the State of WA preferred
• Experience in Senior Housing, High Rise, and Healthcare
• Ability to design in Revit
• Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and tech-savvy
