Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in digital advertising sales, digital marketing, digital media, or business development.
  • Experience in video sales.
  • Experience in leading teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with selling Google video products, or similar video advertising solutions, with a record of consistent success.
  • Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
  • Knowledge of the linear, connected TV (CTV), social, and digital video marketplace.
  • Knowledge for Google's ad products, especially You Tube, Display and Video 360.
  • Ability to collaborate across different stakeholders to build and execute ambitious strategies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with executive clients and stakeholders.

As the Head of Video, Technical and Lifestyle Services (TLS), you will lead and mentor a team of video specialists partnering across the TLS divisions to drive business growth and solve for business objectives utilizing You Tube and Google's media solutions. You will work with Sales leadership and cross‑functional partners to set objectives and run the operations of the business. You will have in-depth video and programmatic experience with the power of You Tube and all of Google's video solutions.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth.
