Reporting organizationally to the Country Senior Manager, the Host City, Volunteer Manager will help serve volunteer efforts for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ and FIFA World Cup 2026™ that for the first time ever, is hosting 48 teams and 1,200+ players across 3 countries and 16 cities. This role will be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end volunteer journey at a host city level, with a planning and operational focus on recruitment, training and tournament delivery phases alongside the overarching management of the volunteer experience.
The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the wider FWC
26 Volunteer Team to implement the wider FWC 2026 Volunteer strategy, alongside each specific host city volunteer lead, ensuring a coordinated integrated approach and overall program effectiveness.
