Job Description The Director position in our Health Care Consulting Group is responsible for client growth and practice management across Baker Tilly regions and the firm. The role provides leadership for client contact and service delivery, aligning with Baker Tilly’s brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, expansion, and management of the Health Care Revenue Cycle consulting practice, assuming full responsibility for all facets of business development.

• Oversee and execute consulting engagements focusing on strategic planning, operational efficiency, systems integration, and financial management.

• Foster collaborative leadership by building long‑term relationships with clients, prospective clients, and referral sources through effective sales strategies and service delivery.

• Leverage technical expertise and professional consulting experience to ensure successful project management and practice advancement.

• Provide leadership and oversight to Senior Managers, Managers, Seniors, and Staff, guiding their professional development and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of revenue cycle experience.

• Consulting experience preferred, with proven experience managing multiple client engagements.

• Strong analytical, presentation, and marketing skills required.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to travel as needed, approximately 50%.

Compensation The compensation range for this role is $300,000 to $400,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
