What you ll be doing...
What you ll be doing
The Senior Manager’s top priority is to ensure efficient and accurate audit practices across multiple offices while also establishing and encouraging a collaborative team environment. Oversee and ensure the effective operations and performance of our audit teams to
• Lead a team of managers and supervisors that support 50+ associates
• Instill a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability
• Manage escalated and difficult/sensitive audit cases
• Demonstrate highly effective communication, initiative and problem solving
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders cross functionally
• Proactively analyze and prepare statistically backed plans to ensure staffing levels and workflow
Who you are...
• Educated. Bachelor’s Degree required
• Expert. Audit experience in business operations required; financial accounting is desired
• Leader. 5+ years’ experience leading, developing, and motivating teams
• Communicator. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Experienced. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex business problems
• Traveler. Ability to frequently travel between offices to support operations

• Starting salary range of $10,544- $14,266 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
