Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington invites a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily donation and production operations, ensuring optimal merchandise flow and a safe, organized environment.

Production Assistant Manager
- Process donations to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Conduct quality checks before items reach the floor.
- Ensure rapid movement from the donation door to the sales floor.
- Communicate needs with store management to meet production and sales goals.
- Schedule and assign employees to meet operational requirements.
- Promote productivity by following up on employee results.
- Resolve employee concerns to improve performance and productivity.
- Coordinate dock efforts and assign staff within production and transportation areas.
- Maintain supplies for Production Associates.
- Prepare and summarize reports.
- Plan, organize, and monitor projects.
- Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Uphold safety practices through awareness, observation, and training.
- Operate forklifts safely when certified to Evergreen Goodwill standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Oversee hiring, training, performance monitoring, rewards, discipline, and complaint resolution in accordance with Goodwill policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications- Education:
High school graduate or GED (preferred). - Experience:
Minimum 1 year production or warehouse work; 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience; familiarity with dock equipment and lifting techniques. - Skills:
Basic math, instruction following, team leadership, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); ability to learn new technologies. - Certification:
Forklift certification optional but preferred. - Physical:
Able to lift 30–40 pounds; fine motor control; ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, squat, push; travel across uneven terrain; reliable attendance. - Essential Mental/Sensory Abilities:
Organizing, sorting, counting, adding, subtracting; prioritizing; problem solving; communicating with the public; verbal and written communication.
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures, dust exposure; occasional off‑site travel for training and events.
