Location: Sea Tac, WA

Pay: $25 to $29/hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
  • Leadership experience responsible for the team's performance and KPIs.
Job Responsibilities
  • Keep things running efficiently by improving workplace policies.
  • Spot problem areas early and assist with fixing them quickly.
  • Collaborate with the Onsite Manager to roll out changes and get everyone on the same page.
  • Ensure everyone follows company rules and safety guidelines.
  • Step in when someone isn’t meeting expectations and decide what happens next with the Onsite Manager.
  • Help hire, train, and coach new team members.
  • Maintain high morale and provide feedback to colleagues to help everyone do their best.
  • Assist the TES (Talent Engagement Specialist) in building the weekly schedule to ensure shifts are covered.
  • Check attendance daily and follow up on any no‑call/no‑shows.
  • Discuss next steps with the Onsite Manager if someone keeps missing shifts.
  • Review basic reports to help with staffing decisions.
  • Help spot patterns and plan ahead for busy times or low coverage.
Position Requirements
  • Intermediate skills on all Microsoft Office Software – Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to speak Spanish (preferred).
  • Extremely organized with a keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Action‑oriented and self‑motivated while maintaining adherence to company policy.
  • Patient yet self‑confident in the work that they are performing.
  • Must have a great sense of humor and understand the importance of balance of professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain a professional presence and keep confidential matters private.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to in‑house systems.
