The I&D lead drives strategic diversity and inclusion projects, providing expert guidance and consultation to senior leadership. This role designs and implements comprehensive programs to foster an inclusive environment and drive organizational change. This leader should be excellent at stakeholder management, influencing without authority, and must have a bias for action as they lead key priorities for the organization.

As a I&D Lead, you will…
  • Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to create and implement inclusion & belonging strategies that support and align with overall client/functional objectives
  • Design and implement comprehensive programs to foster an inclusive and fair environment.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on appropriate metrics to inform decision making, identify gaps and report on the progress of inclusion & belonging initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate compliance considerations into various business processes and decision‑making
  • Drive decisions by influencing decision makers; balance risk across multiple projects, programs and functions
We’d Love To Hear From People With
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex large‑scale projects, preferably within HR, Diversity & Inclusion, or Organizational Development
  • 8 years managing complex large‑scale business projects.
  • 6 years advanced stakeholder and leader engagement within matrixed environments
  • 4‑Year degree preferred, PMP considered
  • Strong understanding of I&D principles, trends, and challenges in the workplace
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic insights.
  • Proven judgment in knowing when to advocate strongly for an idea, when to pivot strategy, and when to pause or pull back based on organizational readiness and context.
  • Experience navigating complex organizational dynamics to build consensus and drive alignment on I&D priorities.
