EducationBachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience
Functional/ Technical SkillsWhite belt or equivalent in Lean or other continuous improvement methodology with practical experience applying in a service environment. Skilled at using data to analyze business performance.
Role Expectations- Ensures escalations and root causes are fully addressed and resolved.
- Lead supervisors who develop and implement team policies and procedures.
